To Make 2.5 L 5x Tris-Glycine DNA Electrophoresis Buffer:
Dissolve 75.8 g Tris-base and 375.4 g Glycine in ddwater.
Bring the total volume to 2.5 L.
There is no need to adjust the pH of this buffer.
