TBST Buffer Recipe

1X TBST : 50 mM Tris.HCl, pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.1% Tween 20.

To make 1000 ml TBST buffer solution, mix the following reagents:

• 100 ml 10X TBS
• 10 ml 10% Tween 20
• 890 ml ultrapure water
